一点点困惑：
怎么用英语表达“有缘”“缘分”“好巧”之类的机缘巧合？
怎么表达“反正”的意思
二、“如果告别，能不能再见？”（期望再见和不期望再见两个意思）
“有缘” / “缘分” / “好巧” 一般翻译成 Fate ('If there's fate' / 'We are fated to be together') 或 Destiny ('Destined to meet').
"反正" 我会翻成 'Anyways.' 放在句子最后。 'Earth is round anyways." 冰雪奇缘里面女王唱的歌就有 "The cold never bothered me anyway" (反正冰天雪地我也不怕）。
第二句我觉得可能是中文的奇妙吧，英语里面好像没有比较好的翻译。 英语里面Aloha(夏威夷语来源)和Ciao(法语来源)都可以表示Hello和Goodbye, 但是还是觉得很别扭。
1）If we are destined to be, we will meet again. Besides, the Earth is round. (fated to be 也可以)
2) 有缘 － (this is/we are ) destined to be
缘分 － 我们有缘份 : we have affinity for each other/ fate brings us together
好巧 － coincidence / What a coincidence!
3) 如果告别，能不能再见。 If we say goodbye, will we meet again?
2. "See You" 可能最接近吧。也是告别但也有“再见”的意思。
"When we bid farewell, can I say 'see you'?" (or something like that).
