Is there anyone who can help me improve my english skill in speaking so as to pass the IT interview (to gain a job ?)

Is there any one who can help me to improve my english language speaking as well as written communication.

I have good knowledge about ASP.NET and C# 

But they rejecting for my poor english. I had attebded my last interview few days back and i wan not able to tell them why i cant explain any topic in english.
