Mititei requires a special kind of meat, be sure to use the right kind, otherwise the taste won't be the same. Cornulete are really delicious!

I don't know anything about Romanian food, but during the European Cup, I would like to cook dishes from the participating countries. A friend of mine recommended Mititei. I will definitely try to cook this and I also want to bake Cornulete.
