I like "two broke girls" "How I met your mother".

This site has a lot of series and give subtitles in english and other languages.

I used to watch the series "Criminal Minds", but most of the time I saw the dubbed movies firstly,  for my listening comprehension is not very good.

I accept a suggestion.

The best American show is Californication. The dialogue is something you don't see on TV every day. 

Both are comedies. Both require some level of cultural understanding (a lot of references), Spaced is more fun if you are of the 'correct' generation and Californication is not for children or people with back-whipping rigid upbringing due to a plethora of lewdness. 

Others to mention: Game of Thrones, Criminal Minds, Futurama, Frasier, Married...with children
