Actually, there isn't any difference. But we use "ama" more than others in informal situations.&nbsp;

There are more words. Yalnız , zira and lakin. &nbsp;Yalnız is originally Turkish, zira originally persian, lakin originally arabic. But zira and lakin were used old times. Today we generally use yalnız, ancak, ama , fakat.&nbsp;
