Swedish adverbs are giving me trouble

Maybe I went through the Duolingo section on adverbs too quickly, but for over a month now, I've been struggling to remember these adverbs. For anyone who is teaching and/or learning Swedish, are there any specific strategies you recommend to help fully grasp these adverbs?

Here are some of the adverbs still giving me a lot of trouble (in the order I first saw them):

valdigt, vänligt, aldrig, ganska, ens, till och med, ändå, bort, sällen, ibland, verkligen, än, redan, åtminstone, borta, senare, snart, vanligtvis, närvarande, nästan, äntligen, allmänhet, ugenfär, tydligt, möjligtvis, varken, nödvändigtvis, troligtvis

That's probably more than half the list of adverbs Duolingo tried teaching me. If anyone has any strategies that may help with memorizing them faster, it would be much appreciated. I've been practicing with Duolingo nonstop for a month on these, and I can't seem to get them down.

I use the technique that Gabriel Wyner in his book fluent forever teaches and I find the super effective.

1  Create several memories/connections around the word! That is the trick.

Example: Learinng the word "friendly" in english. (vänlig in swedish)

a. Write the world down -   Kinetic memory

b. say the word out loud - audio memory

c Find a picture that associates the word (humans have a fantastic picture memory) a nice picture of a friendly dog or some other situation that means something to you Use google pictures.

d MOST IMPORTANT:  Think of a personal memory that connects the word " friendly"  and write it down.

I personally think of a relative close to me that is SOOOO friendly!   Personal memories are the strongest brain connection

Finally use spaced repetion systems like ANKI.srs to recall! the word with the above data at a suitable frequency.

I am not sure what your strategy is but when I was learning new words, I would write them all down and review them any chance I got. Riding in the car, waiting at the bus stop, waiting for my food, etc. Now I just use an app on my phone called Quizlet and I can create flashcard sets. You can put a star on certain words that are difficult.

One thing I have found SUPER helpful is not trying to memorize long lists, but instead memorizing smaller lists. So I only try to learn six difficult words at a time and practice them a lot. Then I move on to the next six. Our brains memorize better when we group things together rather than trying to learn a lot of things at once.

Maybe you already know these things, but this is just what I have found to help me. :) Good luck. I love Swedish.
