Hi Lana,
It's wonderful that you're so determined to master English. Unfortunately, many people are using Italki to do that as well, so finding practice partners may be tough. If you find some, great! If not, I recommend contacting teachers and tutors for some practice. Italki has some amazing English teachers who are all here to help.

I agree with Mr. Zhang suggestion. If you can find one that suit you, you are lucky, if not why don't you considerate to find a good teacher in Italki. Please prepare to pay some cost for your learning. It is much worth than you go to find a partner to practise your English for free. Actually, there are lot of hidden costs invloved. eg your time, the qulity of learning etc.
