Yes but some times it is a little bit hard because you know .... may  be you don't have the change to travel abrod to a coutry where anyone speaks the language you want to learn, and on internet you can learn a lot but it is not the same ! That's the problem I'm having at the moment  I reached a level where it is hard to keep learning and I think I need to improve , !
