to speed up your speaking skills: 

1- listen a lot to lessons like EnglishPod or Aj-Hog or any similar audios.

2- speak a lot: by talking to people all over the world to get confidence, also by loving English and even talking to yourself with it ..its gonna be crazy but it's really helpful :D
