Visual aids. When I introduce new vocabulary, I sometimes have pictures that go along with the words. Other times, when I'm just having a casual conversation and the student doesn't know something I just said, I look up the image and show it to the student straight from Google. It's fun and tends to get the conversation going.
Typing things out. When I'm doing a speaking lesson, I like to share my screen and type out the student's errors, whether they're errors in grammar or pronunciation. When the student finishes their thought/sentence, I give them a chance to correct themselves. It's a more student-centered and less disruptive approach to correcting.
I also like to get the student to do things, such as sharing their screen and typing things out, especially if we're working on spelling and such.
For Arabic script, I like to use GIFs that I've created to show how letters are formed. I also use a drawing tool.
