yes, that is the right spelling of uhljjang. it combines two words: 얼굴 (face) and 짱 (slang for the best/greatest) so yes, literally it means best face. the word cute is 귀엽다/귀여워(요). that's to describe someone as cute-looking. aegyo (애교) is a word to describe a cute action. if someone has aegyo then it means that the person acts cute.
