Le llamamos Gastronomía navideña al conjunto de costumbres culinarias realizadas durante la Navidad, en cada país.
Yo soy de Latinoamérica y si hay algo que caracteriza a los latinaomericanos es su amor por la comida y los festejos. Tal es así que ante la Navidad, la gente se preocupa más por el menú que por el lugar de encuentro, los regalos y demás… Hay platos tradicionales con carne asada (vacuna, de cerdo o pescado), o carne rellena (de pavo o pollo), frutas masceradas y panes dulces, verduras rellenas, salsas picantes y ensaladas de colores...
