I've been wondering about this, Que significa "carnal"? Lo he leido un par de veces, pero no entiendo el significado

Mira, <font style="background-color: yellow;">carnal</font> como <font style="background-color: yellow;">adjetivo</font> está relacionado con la carne(cuerpo) o relacionado con la parte material del ser humano. Se atribuyen los instintos y el deseo (sexual, por ejemplo). Es opuesto de espiritual. Ejemplo: "El deseo sexual es carnal, no espiritual".
Como <font style="background-color: yellow;">sustantivo</font> puede significar hermano, alguién con quién tiene una relación muy cercana como un hermano. Ejemplo: ?Dónde fue mi carnal, mamá?

it depends on the context, if you are saying "Que onda Carnal?" it´s like What´s up Bro/Buddy? but in formal language, it means someone who you share more than a friendship, like your gilrfriend lol
