What does '내일 시간 안되니?' Mean ?

내일 시간 안 되니? means "Don't you have spare time tomorrow?"

시간이 되다 is idiomatic expression which means "have spare time (to do some other thing)"
시간이 안 되다 means "don't have spare time"
