Hi guys, have you seen Paradise PD? People on youtube say it's like another version of Brickleberry and it's full of dark humor. I personally think it's a bit like South Park. What do think of dark humor? Do you think it's funny or shitty? I'm looking for animated shows that like Phineas and Ferb or Dexter's Laboratory. I know the latter is old but quite entertaining; besides, it's a part of my childhood. Here is the place for everyone to name your favorites and illustrate why.
My favorite animated show is Spongebob Squarepants, hands down. In fact, I'm watching it right now! It's not only hilarious but so nostalgic for me. My classmates and I would quote the show constantly, my family and I owned all the DVDs and watched it on a regular basis. It's so interesting now to see that it has become one big inside joke among adults who grew up with the show. You can make the most subtle reference to a single Spongebob episode, and everyone just gets it.
Jimmy Neutron is my second favorite, and I really love the movie too. I can't believe it came out more than 15 years ago! Unfortunately, this show wasn't as popular and ended after a few seasons. The animation doesn't hold up well now, but the humor and ridiculous science make up for it.
In the 80's it was Carebears, Strawberry Shortcake, Rainbow Brite.
In the 90's it was Ren and Stimpy, Rugrats
After that it was Ed, Edd and Eddy, Amazing world of Gumball, We Bare Bears.
