A good teacher needs to be able to assess a student's strengths and weaknesses and come up with a realistic action plan to help the student reach his or her goals.

Hello:

Showing the difference between some things?I don´t agree. You can teach you the difference between a triangle and a square for example. The teacher can draw it on the blackboard and describe its sides or contrary to this expositive methodology, he or she can apply something more participative to his or her pupils: give the two shapes to them and make them to experience in different ways, comparing them trying to identify its diferences with more materials or something like that.I mean, to my mind one of the most important talent to teach it´s MOTIVATION (be crative) to your pupils.In addition to this good communications skills are required too .
