As I mentioned in the topic I am looking for a person who does really want to improve his/her speaking ability. I believe the speaking ability is the laziest skill and needs a lot of time and effort to put to see some tangible changes in that then In order to have a good result, I think we should have at least a conversation every 2 days (even if it is short).
