msn is far more convenient if you want chat with foreign friends

My Internet speed  is very bad, sometimes I see this web but  I can't  open the web which I chat with you.I'm very upset! I've no idea what should I do .  Badluck!

I know that most foreigner haven't QQ number, they often use MSN or something else.but I never use it.
