Free Arabic calligraphy webinar
Omar Uddin is a professional Arabic calligrapher and is doing a free webinar teaching the basics of calligraphy on Friday (tomorrow) and Saturday at various times. I’m currently doing his course on Udemy and highly recommend him for anyone interested in learning Arabic calligraphy.

I have no affiliation with him; just wanted to share the information in case anyone is interested.

I don’t know Arabic at all and non Muslim though,but l love Arabic calligraphy.

I love the Mabsut script! Although I don’t see it often.

I’m learning the Thuluth script myself, which is also what the webinar focused on.

That's really interesting Abdullah!!! But, what Arabic calligraphic cursive style do you learn it? Personally, I'm in the process of learning a Moroccan calligraphic cursive style, which called "The Mabsut" ''الخط المغربي المبسوط'' a sacred writing just for the Quran.
