People — plural of person, although persons is also valid

People's — plural possessive e.g. "the people's wish"

Peoples — a group of peoples as in Churchill's <em style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">A History of the English-Speaking Peoples</em>

"A people" (when it's singular) refers to the members of a nation, tribe, country, or ethnic community. The plural of this word is "peoples".
