Let me know how to correct my English pronunciation.
Hello. I'm a Japanese English learner. I manage to write, but I don't speak English fluently. I have started to speak English about 8 month ago. And I noticed, my pronunciation is really bad ! Please tell me some tips to correct English pronunciation for me. Shadowing is the best way?
*I know my grammar also dreadful, but I want to correct my pronunciation first.

Most computers, tablets, and smartphones have some kind of "voice dictation" feature. Set it for English and see if you can read English into it and have it transcribe it correctly. The device will "hear" you the way a native speaker hears you. Your pronunciation may not be perfect, but if the device "understands" what you said, then a native speaker can understand you, too.
This list of sentences contains most of the sounds of English. Try reading it into a device set for "voice dictation." It may help you focus on the sounds where you have the most serious problems--sounds that native speakers may not understand unless you improve your pronunciation of them.
Don't set a goal out of twenty out of twenty. That's not realistic, I usually don't get all twenty myself. Be pleased by the ones it does transcribed correctly. There are some that may be almost impossibly hard. I don't know which ones are hardest for Japanese speakers.

Listening is the best way to improve and correct your pronunciation. Listening improves your speaking skill and reading improves your writing skill.

I had some experiences working with Japanese people and I found that in general, Japanese speakers usually make substitutions for these sounds. So you'd better be careful with them, for example,
One more thing, don't use filler words like "umm", "eeto", "ano" when you think. Use some other words that native English speakers use like "well", "let me think", "this is interesting", "you know", "I mean". However, don't overdo it.
I hope that helps.

1) Practice with a native English speaker (of course)
2) Watch movies and tv shows in English and repeat with your voice what they say, even if you don't understand the words.
3) Americans speak with longer vowels than many other languages. I have noticed this helps people sound more natural. To stretch out the vowels a little bit.
4) Accept that being embarrassed (a small amount) is the price of sounding better.
