My question is: How did you learn English?
I learned only English when I was a student, but I always have not really good teachers. On the scool lessons they only focused for the best students, who knew everything. But at home I learned everything what I could, and my year end rating was always good, because my learned by myself at home.
I think the best way to learn languages, if you have a lot of friends, whom you can talk. Or read a book in foreign language or watch movies.
How is your language learning?
Well, I would suggest you to watch american movies and tv shows. In english, of course.
Bu I think that the best way to learn a language is to speak it with native speakers every second or third day via skype. You can also travel to english speaking countries and try to speak with the locals.

I got a mobile apps called TEDict, which I found very useful!
All the courses in my university are in English. If you dont know English, you couldnt succeed any lesson. Thus, they teach English to students who need, for a whole year. And i attended that preparation school for the whole year. After a year, i scored 90/100 (the ratio to the total score) from toefl :)
There is an saying, " interesting is the best teacher." Lots of ways to learn English, especially with the help of the internet, Too many sources are available. As long as you learn it day by day, I believer you will be a mater someday. Keep it up!
