Is there any group of English teachers /learners on skype or IRC chaneels that have good experience and great topic to instantly talk about that?

Thanks allen but I'm searching for a live practising commune, I think it help us better.

I need to be introduced to some well organized groups with good plans and milestones , or case studies that could bring both knowledge and skills in English for them and also help buddies to know more about themsleves , cultures or so .
