If you're talking about someone who forgot to return your call, then, sure, give him another chance. But, if you're talking about someone who steals from you, then, no, you don't give him another chance because he'll do it again.

Actually I think there aren't second chances, because the second time the conditions are different than they were in the first one, so the "second chance" is rather a NEW opportunity.
