I would like to get more familiar with the language by watching simple movie or cartoons in French with English subtititles. Any ideas for good films to watch? And do you know where I could get ahold of them in that language?

One of the best movies I've ever seen was : la Fabuleux Destin D'Amelie Poulain! By far one of the most beautiful movies of all times. Allow me to suggest that you might find it useful to watch movies with English subtitles at first, they really help! that's how I learned English and now most people think I've lived or studied in an English-speaking country when in reality I've never ever been to an English-speaking country not even for one day!
