I have an exam tomorrow... I should be a little fit when I get there, a little awake and alert, but presently the sun comes up at 5.00. Dusk even starts at 4.30. So, I go to sleep at about 23.00, but I wake up at five. I cannot sleep anymore.
Anyone up north around here? Same problem? What can you do? I have blinded my windows with paper, I have a reasonably thick curtain, but still the sunlight wakes me up..
