A person with a "normal" I.Q. of 110, can learn as many languages as he wants to learn. Spys are trained to know many different languages.

"Do you have an answer?" You probably didn't realise this, but your question "have an answer?" sounds rude. Remember that you're asking strangers (and professionals) for help, so always be polite. If I were in your shoes, I would search online in general to see if there's a reasonable answer.
