I need some that are either intermidiate level or have an online transcript. I like food, cooking, learning, video games, new technology, and short story podcast. So if you know of any in those genres, please let me know!!

I'm unaware if there are free podcasts with their respective transcripts, at least in the fields you are interested in.
Maybe you want to try asking to the guys at tofugu, ajatt, etc.
Bilingual news is great. They read a news article in Japanese and then read it in English and comment on it.

There are a ton of podcasts to try! Check out
JLPT Boot Camp, News in slow Japanese, Learn Japanese with Yes Japan!, GengoLanguages and Chotto Matte. Those are the ones currently on my playlist. A lot are quite short lessons but makes it easier to pick out the ones you need at your level.
