I've noticed several sites offering basic English, mostly American, although the BBC also has English language videos e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kur9zAMOkKc      and Oxford University Press has a series of 'New Headway' videos which are quite useful -

Most of these are available on Thanh Tâm's site :

These should give you a good start.
