The useful phrases in negotiation(1)

一.Useful expressions

1.The buyer and the seller in a nigotiation are called the parties.

2.An agreement is the arrangement each party in the negotiation aim to reach.

3.An offer is a proposal made during the negotiation.

4.A counter-offer is an offer made by one party in response to another offer from the other party.

5.The bargain price is the reduced price.

6.The bedrock price is the lowest possible price you can get out of a negotiation.

7.A deal is a business transaction.

8.A discount is reduction in price.

9.To negotiation is to discuss a business deal in order to reach an agreement.

10.To quote is to make an estimated price.

11.A range is a selection of products a company makes.

12.To provide is to make available for use.

13.A tender is to make an offer of something for acceptance.
