Personally, I would never get into verbal combat with an abusive person. The best way to deal with this situation is to ignore. Again, it also depends on the context of your conversation. Generally, verbal abuse comes out of frustration.So if you can address it well, go ahead and do that. If not, then just ignore. 

I would say, find a russian blog that gives advice to people working, and ask them. They know better your laws and your culture.

Maria I am so sorry to hear that, it must be very difficult:) Is the school part of a larger organisation as this does not sound like a good place to learn a language, perhaps you can complain to somewhere else or choose to go elsewhere to learn?

I ignore them because to get angry is to let that person win. You don't need to punish yourself for the stupidity of others (someone very wise told me that once)

she is director of the place where I work for 3 months only. I am a student and I just studying, but when i do something wrong she says very offensive words. and she says it for the other students too, when they do something wrong.
