i hate such that tests but i need the papper( certificate !!) of cet-4.
i have to take the next test this year.

I didn't pass CET-4. It made me upset. isDoes it mean that I am very bad in English if i didn't pass CET-4? Is CET-4 is a standard level for English learners?
I hate such that tests, but I need the papper certificate for of CET-4.
I have to join enroll in the next test this year.
