Life goals The subject of life goals has been widely debated. Some people claim that earning a large amount of money is crucial for happiness, while others think that free time is more valuable than that. On the one hand, it is true that money is necessary for living. With the increase in population and the scarce of resources, the prices of essential things have increased during the last years. However, you do not have to be rich in order to afford these things. By earning a common salary, you will be able to enjoy a good quality of life, even though you cannot travel to the most luxurious hotels or eat in the most expensive restaurants. On the other hand, time is something that you cannot buy and, therefore, it makes it more valuable. For instance, if you had all the money in the world but very little time to spare, you would not be able to enjoy that money. Nevertheless, in today's society people lead stressful lives and, in spite of its relevance, having free time has become an unusual occurrence. To sum up, even though both factors should be considered, having free time is far more important than wealth. If you have more free time you will be able to have a better quality of life regardless of whether you lead a more or less luxurious life.
