cafezinho In Brazil is normal people uses, for example : coffee in portuguese is café, cafezinho is a diminutive form from café, in the end of the word "inho" is a diminutive suffix. This diminitive sufix is used when people wants to show empathy, more one example: I am drinking a bear in a bar, and suddenly arrrives a close friend, so i invite him to drink a bear with me, i say in portuguese, "Vamos tomar uma cervejinha?" In portuguese is cerveja, in english is beer, a diminutive form in portuguese is cervejinha, people used to talk like this when they want to show Kindness, gentleness. In English how you use this form ?

Em Inglês, não temos a mesma coisa. Eu não posso pensar em alguma situação similar, quando as palavras poderia mudar como em Português.
