How to say "the weather is cold here" and "it's cold"? (in Korean)

1.the weather is cold here.
① = 여기/②=날씨/③=춥다(to be cold)
①+②+③ = 여기 날씨 춥다
Adding subject particle "가",
여기 날씨가 춥다
Making it more natural,
여기 날시가 추워요.

2.It is cold.
① = 춥다(to be cold)
(날씨가) 추워요.

어제 아침에 서울에 눈이 왔어요 = It snowed in Seoul yesterday morning
