Why I Can't Speak English Fluently?

I've been learning English since I'm in Grade 2 in Elementary School. My grammar is so bad. I always practise my English with my teacher. but I still, I can't get it. I'd love to get a scholarship to study abroad, but with my bad grammar, I will not doubt I would get it. My parents are confused. They plan to send me away to learn English for a month so next year I can go to overseas to study. What do you think? :)

Grammar needs practice, like any English-language skill. Keep at it and you'll be fine.  Where will your parents send you?

I've learned studied English since I'm in grade 2 (second grade) in Elementary School. My grammar is so bad. I always practice my English with my teacher. But still, I can't (get it/speak well/etc). I'd love to get a scholarship to study abroad, but with my bad grammar, I will not get it. My parents are confused. They will send me to learn English for a month or so next year, so I can go to overseas to study. What do you think? :)

Practice makes perfect! The English village will help a lot. Continue using English, sing English songs, watch English movies. Talk with people on italki (don't text ! ... you must speak and listen) The more practice the better.

Red is for correcting mistakes. Blue is for suggestions (means you used correct English, but not quite natural). Green means I don't understand what you are trying to say.
