“的”和“了”的用法区别
这两句话有什么区别吗？同样作为过去式，“的”和“了”有什么区别吗？

It 's very difficult to explain it in english. Because they have many meaning in chinese. But if you only ask past tense. I try my best to explain it .
的 ：use it behind the verb
eg ：他昨天买的票。 He bought the ticket yesterday.
了： use it behind the verb and adj , means it have been done
eg ： 吃完了 。 I have eaten it.
In past tense , people use 了 , but may be there are some special verb use 的 .
Give some examples , we will help you .

平常讲话的时候，过去式使用"了"比较多。
但要区分的话，可以以一句话的主词来分，
提供几个例句给你参考～
我说了这句话。（主词是"我"）
这句话是我说的。（主词是"这句话"）
他做了这件事。
这件事是他做的。
你问了这个问题。
这个问题是你问的。
我已经写好作业了。
作业是我写好的。
