A Letter of Application to the Tourism Office Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to be considered for the weekend job as a local tour guide. I believed that I fulfill all the necessary criteria and very much hope that you will consider my application. First of all, I have lived in this city all my life and I usually take a little trip around the city in my leisure time. I very like to see different appearances of the city especially the countryside which makes me feel relax and energetic all the time. Secondly, I really enjoy being immersed in exploring the city no matter a museum, a coffee shop, a book store, or a little park because every place has always amazed me, has blown my mind, and I have learnt many local cultures or something I have not been known. Lastly, I love my city and I would like to do my favorite activity as my job. In addition, I aced A on my history and geography every time as you have just seen in the attachment, and also I already have the tour guide license. Recently, I have been working in a overseas summer camp for children. As a leader I need to take care of those children and tell our history and our cultures to them.
