Hi Oday, I have only heard from two people out of maybe a hundred who have learned English as their second language and they also have learned to understand and sound like a native English speaker. I would never expect someone to speak like a native English speaker unless they have learned the language at a young age and they are also frequently speaking with native English speakers. Many people can become fluent in a second language, but very few will be able to learn how to speak and understand their second language as well as a native speaker of the language.

I think it depends on how much you practise.
