Dear Reem, It is a short form of the word Digar,usually use conversational not official, and means "never" and use just with negative verbs

hi my topoli sis the word dige doesn't have a equivalent in English let me tell you some persion examples: : : az in be bad dige in karo anjam nade meaning: after this time don't do this dige nemiram khuneye reema meaning: i won't go to reema's house any more dige vaghte raftane meaning: it's time to go dige dooset nadaram meaning: i don't like you anymore most of the time dige is for more underscoring the sentence and it has different meaning in the different sentences then we can not exactly say that what it means
