私はわあなたとチャットしたりスカイプではなしたい。(スカイプではなしたいです。)*

(Though we pronounce わ, the "WA" written after the subjects and used in the words こんにちは and こんばんは has to be written は. )

私はわドイツでウツごをおはなす。(はなします。)*

(Though the pronunciation of お and を is the same, we have to write を after the objects.) 

*I suggest that it's better to say all the sentences in polite way ends with です or ます if you start writing in this way.
