Aunt Vasfiye

Yalan Dünya (Fake World) is a Turkish sitcom. There are many characters in it. A new character has recently joined to the series: Aunt Vasfiye. She is just a complete pessimist calamity howler. She makes people depressed with her frank but hurting hurtful words. Actually She is actually talking speaking the truth but you know nobody likes to hear the truth. Actually I find her quite right. Her talk makes sense.

She takes an aim at her victim and she shoots her/him with her words. She always starts her words with ‘’My child, how much you have suffered.’’ Then she ends her calamity howler show with ‘’Pity’’. She talks in such a convincing way that she gets them thinking seriously. I bet you have met people like her before.
