神马都是浮云 is "Everything is nothingness"

Today, I talked chatted with a friend. We talked on many things including are said a lot, and talked ”神马都是浮云“. ”神马都是浮云“...Literally it means "Divine horses are just floating clouds".  It idiomatic meaning is "all things are of no consequence just like floating clouds", a network buzzwords It is the current internet slang in China now.
