help 翻译（日-英） 問題点： データ登録オペレータがインドネシアサイトからデータを取得する際、正しくない月分を選択してデータを取得してしまった。そして、チェック担当者が該ポイントも漏れてしまった。結果は、間違った月分のデータを登録してしまった。 データ登録オペレータは該プロジェクトのバックアップとしてプロジェクトを参加しております。当日、チームリーダーは休暇ですので、登録オペレータがチームリーダーの変わりに作業します。登録オペレータが四ヶ月のノウハウを持っています。ほかのメンバーよりノウハウは少ないです。チェック担当者は当初からプロジェクトを参加しております。ノウハウは豊富ですが、最近離職する予定でしたから、チェック作業の際、責任感が薄くなってしまったことを推測させていただきました。 Problem The operator picked the wrong month when was searching the evidence in the bank of Indonesia. Then the checking undertaker was missing this point in check list. Thus we inputed the wrong data. The operator joins the project as a backup. She was taking charge of this matter, while out teamleader was in vocation.
