I want to know the difference between didn't and don't.

They mean the same thing. The only difference is in tenses.
Didn't (Did not) is used in past tense for both singular and plural nouns.
Don't (Do not) is used in present tense for I and plural nouns.
Doesn't (Does not) is used in present tense for singular nouns.
