Which phrase is correct?

" Ik aan het leren nederlands een alles rond van mij is nuttig"

or

"Ik ben aan het nederlands een alles rond is nuttig van mij"

Ik ben Nederlands aan het leren

Did you mean to say something like "Everything around me is useful"? That sentence doesn't translate that well into Dutch, since "around" (or "rondom") mostly means physically around. You could say "ik vind overal veel nuttige dingen" which means something like "I find useful things everywhere".
