Learning English

In my opinion, to learn a foreign language is easy if you learn it when you are a child, but it is not so easy when you are old, because, for example, in my case, I was learning learnt English since I started the at school, but when I stopped when I started the university., I stopped learning English and now, I have just started to learn English again, and there are a lot of things that I don't remember. It 's very difficult for me to understand English films because my listening skills are is not good. So I think that if I had not stopped learning my English, maybe now I could understand English films, or English people speaking without any problem.
