Fake History (Second Part) My own thoughts about the whole situation. This the 3rd time an incident like this it had happen (where he invited me out to fight). He carry a hostile attitude since a day before, when he said to the Cook Jonny, without no reason: he (Richard) will take me outside to fight. He accused me to touch his shoulder intentionally, when it's clear he had very good waking angle of viewing of me than me of him (like someone could watch in the video record). He could avoided any physical contact. We both end at the same spot almost at the same time. WE BERALY TOUCH EACH OTHER SHOLDER, if it the case how he said: "I touched he shoulder trying to provoke a situation with him" he could easy gone to the MOD David and talk about this incident (like I tried after), but instead, he had this unprofessional behaving that it has been carrying on for while and make Tigins environment not a too friendly atmosphere but a "war zone". I wish the best for him but I deserve respect from him and everyone at my work place, like I do it in return. His harassment, and his bullying behaving it's not acceptable under any point of view. I want free of harassment at my job place. I want free of bullying at my work place. People walking by and customer already eating not need to see him yelling so load and behaving like he did.
