Skill and patience

Today's video showed the a conversation between Elizabeth and Stuart. She was at her fencing class when Stuart came in. So, she stopped her class and asked him about what did he wanted to talk to her about.

He started by telling her that he had been working there for over an year and he had not been involved at all at in any important job [1].

Elizabeth replied telling that a good businessman is like a good fencer, both require skill and patience.

Stuart asked why he was not allowed to attend meetings and why were was she cutting him out. So Elizabeth said told him to just grab his sword.

I want to see the next video, I guess she will answer his question by using a word picture [2]...

[1] : job could be used, but I would have used project, assignment, or tasks (since he has a job, but he seems dissatisfied with his the tasks he is involved in).

[2]: what do you mean by a word picture?
