Dealing with perfectionism.

Hi, I am Javier. I am a Spanish teacher and a Japanese student.
Do you suffer from chronic perfectionism ? How do you deal with it ?

I made very few corrections. But to answer your question, yes! It makes me nervous to talk to native speakers in a new language I am studying because I want the grammar to be correct every time. But I am learning that trying to speak the language without the need to be perfect will actually help me learn the language better and faster. :)
